Sullivan, President and CEO |

Mr. Sullivan leads the execution of PowerAdvocate's vision to be the supply chain leader in asset-intensive industries. Over his career, he has been involved in all facets of the energy industry, including manufacturing, services, plant development, and procurement. Prior to founding PowerAdvocate, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President of Stone & Webster, and he also served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Strategy & Operations of Deutsche Babcock NA. Prior to business school, he held procurement positions at Brown & Root. Mr. Sullivan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from West Point, serving in the Army Corps of Engineers.

| William Conklin, Managing Director |

Mr. Conklin provides the vision for PowerAdvocate's technology architecture and leads PowerAdvocate's technology teams, including software engineering and quality assurance. Prior to co-founding PowerAdvocate, Mr. Conklin was Director of Software Development Activities at Stone & Webster. These responsibilities included the role of lead architect and project director in the development of a global engineering, procurement, construction, and asset management tool at a cost of over $15 million. Mr. Conklin received his MS in Engineering Management and BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern. |

Mr. del Sobral leads client engagements with several large power and utility clients, ensuring that PowerAdvocate delivers results with quantifiable cost savings to the bottom line. Prior to co-founding PowerAdvocate, Mr. del Sobral was the Director of Corporate Alliance Operations at Baan Company. He has also held positions as COO of a large market research firm and as an associate at McKinsey & Company. Prior to attending business school, Mr. del Sobral served as a Navy submarine Chief Engineer. Mr. del Sobral received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell. He is licensed as a PE in Connecticut. |

| Gary Fortier, Managing Director |

Mr. Fortier directs PowerAdvocate's operations. In this role, he is responsible for building the organizational business model and service products that support our customer needs, strategic intent and continued growth. Prior to joining PowerAdvocate, Mr. Fortier was a field operator at The Home Depot where he had revenue and personnel responsibility for multiple locations. He was also a Manager at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on supply chain, strategic sourcing, strategy and e-sourcing for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to attending business school, he served as an Army Infantry Captain. Mr. Fortier received an MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a BA from Harvard (cum laude). |

Mr. Korn is PowerAdvocate's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to co-founding PowerAdvocate, Mr. Korn has held positions as Vice President Finance and Administration at Nordic Refrigerated Services, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Stone & Webster, and Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Korn received an MBA from Wharton and an AB (magna cum laude) in Economics from Bowdoin. Mr. Korn is a CFA. |

Levesque, Managing Director |

Mr. Levesque leads PowerAdvocate's product development, implementation, and support efforts. In this role, Mr. Levesque is the liaison between customers and PowerAdvocate's software development organization and is responsible for product strategy/roadmap/releases, training and support. In prior roles at PowerAdvocate, Mr. Levesque has lead client engagements with several large power and utility clients. Prior to PowerAdvocate, Mr. Levesque was an implementation manager for Ariba. He has also worked in various technical and management roles for Intel and DuPont. Mr. Levesque received an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT. |

Mr. McVay leads PowerAdvocate's Sales and Marketing efforts. In this capacity, he is responsible for customer satisfaction and growth. Prior to joining PowerAdvocate, Mr. McVay was a sales director at Ariba. He also worked at Stone & Webster and was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. McVay started his career as a US Naval Officer and as a nuclear engineer aboard an aircraft carrier. He received an MBA and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Stanford University. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the US Naval Academy. |

Mr. Schuster leads PowerAdvocate’s Energy Infrastructure Intelligence Group. The Intelligence Group collates and disseminates leading-edge information to PowerAdvocate’s customers to provide them with real-time insight into market movements and supply chain risks. Prior to PowerAdvocate, Mr. Schuster worked in various roles with General Electric. His background includes design engineering for heavy industrial gas turbines as well as construction & project management. He received his BSME from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. |

Mr. Dorsey is PowerAdvocate’s commercial subject matter expert on capital project sourcing engagements covering new transmission line construction, new generation plant construction, and environmental retrofits. In this capacity, Mr. Dorsey focuses on the analysis of available commercial approaches and contracting strategies, on contractor selection, and on the development and execution of open book pricing reviews. Mr. Dorsey is also PowerAdvocate’s General Counsel responsible for all of PowerAdvocate’s legal and contract matters. Prior to joining PowerAdvocate, Mr. Dorsey was senior counsel with Azurix Corp., counsel at Bechtel Power Corp., and an associate in the energy and project finance group at Vinson & Elkins LLP. Mr. Dorsey received his JD (cum laude) from Tulane Law School and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. |

Ms. Carroll leads PowerAdvocate's large capital sourcing engagements covering new generation plant construction, renewable construction, and environmental retrofits. By applying PowerAdvocate's unique solutions to the complex challenges of capital program sourcing, strategy, planning, and project management, she delivers substantial value to PowerAdvocate's clients. Prior to joining PowerAdvocate, Ms. Carroll worked as the Director of Engineering at Northern Power. She has also worked as an engineer for Parsons Main and AEP ProServ. Her background includes engineering for combined cycle plants, renewable energy facilities, combined heat and power facilities, ship propulsion systems as well project management. She received her BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a MSME from Union College in Schenectady New York and a high tech MBA from Walden University/NTU. She is a licensed PE in Maine. |
